Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do composers pay to be a part of abundant silence?
Absolutely not!  We exist to support the work of living composers.  The composers who are accepted to our roster come to us through board recommendations, our annual composition contest, or our featured composition artist and educator program.  Some of our benefits and programs are only available to composers who are officially on our roster.  For published products, composers receive a base royalty rate plus industry standard royalty percentages.
